Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Across the UAE, and to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery within the UAE starts from AED 10.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email when your order has shipped.

Will I pay import duties?

Orders to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, applied when the shipment reaches your country. These are the customer's responsibility. See our shipping policy.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Please read the full refund policy before sending anything back.

My item is damaged or wrong. What should I do?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away through our contact page, so we can make it right.

Our products

What are your foutas made of?

100% recycled cotton, with hand-made fringes and a natural dyeing process. The Classic Beach Towel measures 200 x 100 cm; sizes for other items are on each product page.

How do I care for my fouta?

Machine washable up to 60°C.
